WRITER'S BLOCK

I see my computer screen, with a blanc expression on my face,

I see my hesitant  hands, hovering over my keyboard without writing anything,

I see the clock, running as time goes by, 

The tick and tocks break the silence of my room,

I feel my brain trying so hard to focus and write,

But it gets distracted with the limitless options of life,

Thinking about what video games to play, what series to watch, what food to eat,

Still I am seated down letting time fly, 

I take a break, bored of being stuck at my desk,

Working to find inspiration in nothing, while noting works at inspiring me,

Looking for anything amusing in my room,

I look at the white walls, at the shelves littered with trinquets, at the ceiling above me,

I return to end my work, before the work ends me,

My brain again deviates, stressed by all my tasks,

Long Essays, Tedious Reports, Important Presentations,

I feel my brain working so hard, and my hands moving so fast,

The clattering of my typing drowning the noise of my room,

I finally feel the inspiration defeating my writer's block.
